Knowing exactly what it is you want (and no this isn’t just about the physical, outward reasons for exercise) is absolutely key to keeping you going through the inevitable peaks and troughs. You’ll identify your deeper drivers and discover the intrinsic reasons that are going to keep you taking action.

Friction Free Action

Without even knowing it, we can create a lot of friction within our lives, and put up barriers to movement which are holding us back. You’ll discover what these might be for you and start reducing the friction that’s stopping you from taking action.

The Cycle of Success

In the middle of the week we’re going to get real about what the cycle of success REALLY looks like. Because when you know this, it makes it so much easier to ride the waves and cope with the times when motivation isn’t necessarily on your side.

Activate through Action

We’ll destroy a big myth about motivation and how important it is to us taking action on the things that are important to us. You’ll also discover how this myth has been holding you back and create a new pathway for yourself to maintaining your mojo.

Protect your Power

To round off the week, we’ll talk all about how you can personally protect your power through the choices you make and how you show up in the world, so you can ultimately get the things you desire and bring the Queen energy you need into your life.

You’ll also be able to download a workbook to accompany you through your week, take notes and keep you accountable to yourself.


Plus everything will be posted into the Facebook Community, where I’ll be keeping an eye on things, helping to get you motivated and to work on your mindset. There will also be a daily tracker post where you’ll be able to check in when you’re done, ask any questions you have and reach out for all the support you need.


In other words, I’ll be right there with you, making sure that you take everything you can from your 5-Day experience.

Meet Alix.

It’s my experience of working with thousands of women over the last 10 years that has inspired me to put together this free 5-day challenge. Because I’ve seen first hand the things that women tend to struggle with, the conversations that go on in their heads, and the reasons that they’re not taking action.

In supporting all of these women (and working on my own mindset too!), I’ve learnt how to change the conversations they’re having, get them thinking in a completely different way about their wellbeing and getting them taking consistent action towards reaching their goals.


So now I want to share all of this with you!


I’m a specialist in women’s fitness - from pregnancy through to the menopause. As well as being  a qualified Personal Trainer and Holistic Core Restore® Coach, I’m also a level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. And I bring all of this knowledge and 10 years of experience together to create programmes for clients and members that really work.
